About Us

Shivaay Welfare started from here

This initiative was started in 2016 with the sole aim of working for the interests of the mother society. Every year, we used to provide full household items or food arrangements for the marriages of 10 to 15 girls. However, when the COVID-19 pandemic began, the miseries of society became evident, and the working style of individuals came to a halt. Many families' financial conditions were devastated, and even securing one meal a day became challenging. In light of this, our organization made a prudent decision to ensure that no helpless person or their entire family would have to sleep hungry at home. Thus, we laid the foundation for this new initiative to arrange daily meals, and this work continues with the same mission. We urge as many people as possible to join and contribute so that no helpless person or their family has to sleep hungry at home.

We are excited to announce our annual food drive on May 13, 2024, where we come together as a community to positively impact the lives of those facing food insecurity. Join this initiative, become a part of this community, and take the pledge to take this mission forward across the country.

Our Vision

Shivaay Welfare Society's Meal Program is a vital initiative that seeks to address the pressing issue of hunger and food insecurity in our community. Our mission is to provide nutritious, wholesome, and balanced meals to those who need it most, including children, families, and individuals struggling with poverty, homelessness, and other challenges.

Our Mission

We believe that food is a fundamental right, not a privilege, and that access to healthy meals is essential for physical and mental well-being. Our program aims to:

1. Provide nutritious meals to those who are struggling to access food

2.Support individuals and families in crisis, including those affected by poverty, homelessness, and natural disasters

3.Promote health, well-being, and dignity for all individuals

Through our Meal Program, we aim to make a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve, one meal at a time.
